Jakarta EE is the successor to J2E, an Enterprise Java project formerly with Oracle and now managed by the Eclipse Foundation. 

The Jakarta EE Developer Survey highlights the results of a questionnaire that went out to thousands of developers looking for insight into the type of environment used and how to build on Java EE’s success.

The design direction was to bring visual clarity to 15 survey results and to present them in a clean and readable way.
